Adam Guggenheim

I started my career at Neutrogena through summer internship when it was still a small, independent company and grew alongside the brand as it became a global leader for Johnson & Johnson. After graduating, I joined J&J full time in marketing later rising to lead global strategy, innovation & communication for Neutrogena. From there, I moved to Nestlé, leading global brand strategy for Proactiv, & eventually ventured into building a skincare brand from the ground up—focusing on my passion for the intersection of health & wellness.


Throughout my career, I saw a major gap in the suncare-led skincare space—too much confusion & controversy around technology. While chemical sunscreens are here to stay, I believed there was an opportunity to skip the guesswork & create something universally embraced: a pure, mineral-based solution. My goal was simple: transform the essentials of skin health into something people crave.
