Luis Ferreira

Before founding Due, Luis Ferreira spent two decades at Dana Incorporated, rising to Head of Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Communications for South America — spokesperson to press and government across Brazil and Argentina. That gave him a front-row seat to a pattern: good ideas failing not for lack of substance, but for how they were communicated.

In 2024, he launched Due, combining behavioral analysis, AI, and proprietary methodology to help people prepare for high-stakes conversations, closing a sale, aligning executives, navigating change. Instead of "what do I want to say," Due starts with the other side: how does this person process information, weigh risk, decide? Tested in 80+ applications across Brazil and the US.

Luis calls this adaptive communication, the belief that good communication relies on preparation, not charisma. He completed Stanford's GSB LEAD program, and founded Instituto Brasil 50+ (longevity economy) and EXD (manufacturing).
